There are numerous places to ice skate in Door County at either groomed and managed ice rinks or at many different secluded wild areas… but be careful regarding ice thickness when skating in the wild.
Ellison Bay Ice Rink
Take Garrett Bay Rd. west to School Rd., to the town park
Jacksonport Ice Rink
on Cty. V a block west of Hwy. 57 is small rink, but lighted all-night.

Warming house with concession stand and skate sharpening service. All equipment for Ice Skating, Hockey, and Broom Ball is available for rental from 5 – 9 PM on weekdays and from 10 AM – 9 PM on weekends. Ice rink is available for private parties.

Memorial Field Ice Rink
Sturgeon Bay at 14th and Michigan St. across from Sunrise Elementary School and bordering the Sturgeon Bay High School football field.
One pleasure rink and two hockey rinks with concession stand in the warming house. Rinks are lit until 9 pm.
